Windows 10, Studio One Prime latest Update.

I am starting to get into music production and I saw this piece of software recommended and I figured I would download it and try it. So when I go to start it up I get this

I have no idea where It wants me to set it to stero, I checked everywhere in the settings but yet no Luck. Anyone have any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Thank you for contacting Presonus Technical Support. Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.

To use this type of headset with Studio One, you will need to install ASIO4all as the driver for the headphones. Presonus in no way supports ASIO4all, but I have seen it help in situations where only Windows Audio is present or a device such as that headset is present which does not have an ASIO driver.

An ASIO driver provides a low-latency and high fidelity interface between a software application and a computer's sound card. Really is a must for working with a DAW.

The other alternative is to purchase an audio interface that uses an ASIO driver and use standard head phones/speakers.

Please create a support ticket if you would like to discuss this in more detail.  Here is a link to create a ticket: http://support.presonus.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
