So I've had this problem on two separate systems with the same driver version and I'm thinking that perhaps it's me that is doing something wrong.
I plug my 22vsl into my laptop.
Download PreSonus_Universal_Control_Installer_1.8.3.40882.exe once from the website and another by creating an account and seeing if the driver supplied there was any different, it wasn't.
Install Universal Control with all settings ticked to the default location.
Restart my computer when prompted to do so.
Log back on and I still get this "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)"
Now I've been using this product for a long time now and its served me well. Everything I find online tells me that this driver should work for me but it doesn't.
