i already set the location in the options and tryed to drag it in. the updates are all download and installed and yes im using the right bits.

If you add more information I can probably answer this question.

1.  Operating system and version?

2.  Version of Studio One?

3.  You state that you installed the product and are dragging it.  Do you see EZ Drummer under the instruments tab?  If yes, where are you dragging it to in Studio One on screen?

4.  Can you use add instrument and it shows up and works as expected?

I don't think studio one Artist version supports 3rd party plugins. You'll have to upgrade to professional.
