I started having problems with my AR12 recently where it stopped detecting sound when using Skype. The problem continued to get worse and so I attempted to reinstall the drivers as the drivers had disappeared off the sound options. When I reinstalled, the Universal Control could not longer see the mixer and the sound drivers are undetectable.

Is there a simple fix for this?

I am not able to download the correct version of software for Universal Controller.

I have done it twice now. I gave me a much bigger mixer version. I need the AR12c version.
