My playhead would disappear constantly, destroying my workflow and if I resized anything from the video window to the melodyne window the whole DAW would crash without fail. Someone suggested turning off High DPI mode and that worked. I mean the DAW looked a lil less sexy but it worked and I was happy. Play head was there and I could resize to my hearts content. I quickly realized that it has come at the cost of smooth video play back. It plays ok like once or twice then it turns into a jittery unusable mess. I'm on an nvidia GTX 970 and I'm rockin and ok 16 ram....I've updated it constantly and I've messed with anti-aliasing as someone suggested....Not sure what else to try. I have ads and a short film to finish :(

It appears that there was a new driver released for that video card on November 15th.  Here is the link:

Try uninstalling the older driver and then install this driver.

If this does not resolve your issue, try creating a new user profile on your machine, log into that account, and test for the issue there.  You may be dealing with a corrupt profile.

***Another thing you can try is to uninstall the Nvidia driver altogether and then use the Windows generic driver.  I've seen this resolve issues in the past.
