No audio is going from my condenser mic through my Audiobox USB to the computer.

I recently purchased a Neewer NW-700 condenser microphone, and an Audiobox. When I plug the mic directly into the 3.5mm microphone port, audio comes through, so I know that part works. However when I plug the mic into the Audiobox, and then the Audiobox into the USB port on my computer, no audio goes through. My computer recognizes it as a device and that it's plugged in but says "Limited or No Connection to Audiobox USB". The same things happens when I plug it in through a NW-100 phantom power supply. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Driver issue. Don't plug your audio interface into USB hubs; straight into the computer. Try another USB cable and another USB port.
