Question

Bought a Series III 32, connected to MacBook Pro 2017 via usb, has the latest UC control and firmware. Im able to see and connect my iPhone 7 via qmix uc but Im not able to connect my iPad pro. I have UC surface on my iPad Pro but the mixer is not showing up in the app nor my iPad showing up in the mixer. Is anyone having this issue?

Same here!!! Just bought a Series III 24R and have the same issue. Anyone have a solution? Really frustrated and confused....

Hi Mikeg, you need to wire directly into the board with ethernet from your router into the control ethernet port on the back of board. Or you can use a wifi ethernet adapter that can pick up the wireless signal from your network into the board. The key is that ethernet control port on back of the board. Once your board and phone ipad etc is on same network you should be good to go.

I'm using a wireless router connected to my rack mounted REV3 32 channel Presonus. I am using a hard wired connection to the router from the RM32.

What I find is the Ipad when I reboot hooks into a connection that has a internet connection. My router does not so I usually drop into settings and select the correct wireless setting and it finds the RM32 almost immediatly.

That has resolved my missing mixer 100% of the time.

I am no Mac head but I'm sure it can be set to use that connection ALWAYS but I don't know how and changing it takes less then 15 seconds so I live with it. One day maybe I'll Google it.
