I’m also making and playing samba music.
Please can help me, inform me finding a download package/bundle with typical
samba instruments like Surdo, Repenique, Tamborim, Agogo, Caixa, Timba and
so on?

Here is a link to a samba percussion library that will load into Kontakt from Wavesfactory.

You may want to shoot them a message and see if they have tested this in Notion. A lot of the ones that I have found on the web are loop libraries and not VST Instruments.  You may also want to post this question in the Notion forum at forums.presonus.com  There is also a Facebook user's group for Notion.
