How to activate presonus studio one 3

When I activate its says "this key is already registered.Please use

an unused product key. But my activation is 0 out of 5. Operating system win 8,  64 bit

Hi, you might have more than one account possibly? Or something with a past key??? at any rate you need to start a tech ticket, and they will get you sorted...
