Still no sound thru headphones using Quantum

I appreciated the answer but I still have the same issue.  I can hear my guitar on the monitors and I see that the Studio one 3.52 pro is registering sound but I cannot hear anything thru the headphones. What gives!!?  Need some guidance as I am losing my mind here.
