I have Cubase 9 Pro on an Alienware laptop (16GB RAM and SSD C: drive), which has a USB Type C port supporting Thunderbolt 3.

Are the PreSonus /Quantum Thunderbolt drivers proven to work on Win10 64?

Can a Quantum/Quantum 2 be connected to my TB3 port directly?

If not, what combination of cables/adapters will I require to step down to TB2?

Will this setup guarantee the sub-5msec round-trip latency I have seen advertised?

Thank you...

The Quantum has been rigorously qualified for ThunderBolt.  Windows 10 is the only PC operating system that supports Thunderbolt.  Yes, the Quantum is proven on Windows 10.

You must use the StarTech brand TB3 to TB2 adapter for PC computers.  Apple adapters for Mac computers.

Latency is relative to computers and settings.  The Quantum has been clocked at 1ms give or take at lowest settings.
