Why doesn't Audio Setup show selection for Recording and Playback interface?

PC with Windows 10, Studio One Pro 3.5.2  -  The Groove3 tutorial for 3.5 shows clearly in the audio setup that you can select different interfaces for Recording and Playback.  I do not see this option, only one interface can be selected.  Is this a Mac-only feature?

Yes, that only works on Mac.  See the Studio One 3.5.0 release notes...
