Is there a pre-sales contact (at least for high dollar items)?

Is there an actual way to contact someone for a ‘pre-sales’ question?

I went to two of the ‘major’ distributors of Presonus products. One of them told me to ‘call Presonus’. The other actually pointed me to a different company’s product line (after they apparently couldn’t get the answer from their Presonus rep). It seems that for the high-dollar items (e.g. $3000), there should be someway to actually get an answer to a question.

I own several Presonus products and I am a fan. It seems a shame that the vendors don’t know and don’t seem to have access to those who do. Unless there is some direct way that I am unaware of, it seems like people are left to the ‘kindness’ (and knowledge) of fellow users exclusively. In the sea of questions, the chances of the right people connecting is a bit small.

1. You can send a message to the Sales Department via the "Contact Us" section of our website: https://www.presonus.com/about/contact-us

2. You can call our corporate office at 225-216-7887 and follow the voice prompts to get into the pre-sales queue.

I too have had this same issue - considering my continual flag-waving and support for this company, I can't get any replies to any of the "contact us" options. Even direct email to a previous contact on the sales team hasn't given a reply - shameful
