PreSonus Audio Electronics is now providing tech support for Studio One usage questions by email only. This will provide an improved customer experience because the tech-support team can provide the following information via email:
-Commentary and suggestions from the tech-support agent, including links to knowledge base articles
-Online examples and, when needed, screen casts created by the techs for difficult issues
-Access to the online support community; posts to the forums usually receive a very fast response from its many devoted users
-Self-paced learning tools like Groove3.com videos
