When you guys tested the Apple adapter, would it not recognize the Quantum at all? Or would it work but with glitches? I ask because I bought the Apple one for my brand new custom PC that has a thunderbolt 3 card in it. It recognizes my quantum 2 and everything seems to work fine audio-wise, but I get a sluggish mouse arrow throughout my system. It's really weird like something is taxing the system in the background. However, when I disconnect the quantum, the problem disappears. I appreciate any feedback you can give.

Some PC computers would not recognize the Thunderbolt Apple adapter and therefore would not see the Quantum. The Startech adapter worked on every PC we tested and is the reason why we recommend using it over the Apple adapter.  There may be something in your BIOS relating to your Thunderbolt port that needs to be adjusted or updated.
