console and tape mixfx engine doesn't process anything at all

My console Shaper and softube tape mixfx engine doesn't process anything at all even with the 32bit precision set and restarting studio one 3.5 :( just thought id share that. Ive run out of ideas. reinstall didn't fix it either.
