Question

Hi Support,

I have installed Softube Tape Plugin and it is not show in the fx engine. I`m also missing the vst3 version (only vst2 is shown)

The installation path is: c: Program Files/CommonFiles/VST3 (and vst2) Both plugins are already installed and listed in that

folder.

Any idea?

Make sure "scan at startup" is enabled in the options menu under locations,  next step is to manually remove the plug-in preference files. Go to the Help menu. Select "Open Settings Folder". Exit Studio One.

Go into the x64 folder and remove the PluginBlacklist.settings, Plugins-en.settings and Vstplugins.settings files and restart Studio One.
