Good afternoon, I'm from Brazil, and I have a presonus 24.4.2 and I have a problem with it, when I call it the startup message please wait and it does not go away, I tried to reset it for universal control but I could not, help me how I should proceed. Thank you

i solved with a firmware factory recover
