First off, The Akai MPK USB controller works fine on a standalone Mac running studio one.
However when using the mac mini / studio live mixer I do not see responses from the real midi keyboard.
The virtual keyboard for the virtual insturment does work fine.
Is there something special I need to do to work in this configuration (my normal studio's configuration)?
I use the mixer mains and monitor channels to hear sound.
