Hello,

I'm using Notion 6 / Windows 10

Having now many plugins named "anyhow" in my browser/manager library

Wish to rename "piano x", "piano xx", "guitar x", "guitar xx", "guitar ***" ...something easy to use !

Is there an easy way to rename vsti ?

Hello,

Notion does not offer the option to rename VST plug-ins.  The name that appears in Notion is going to reflect the name of the .dll file that you have loaded.  Before renaming a .dll file, you may need to contact the manufacturer of said plugin, as it is possible that a registry entry will prevent the plugin from functioning properly with the new name.  Some plugins do not require anything other than that one .dll file to run.  Those types of plugins should not have a problem with renaming.
