A stored instrument preset should recall mixer channel(s) (for multi outputs), arranger track, colour, naming, fx and everything related to that instrument.

That's generally what happens when you store an Instrument + FX preset and  as well for multi-out instruments if its in a multi-instrument container.  If that's not happening for you with that type of preset please make a feature request explaining how you'd like to see it work in the future.
