studio live 32 series lll

was using wire cast and my cordless mics are not being heard. I've put them on channels that are working through live stream, and they still don't work. they work normal with out worrying about social media. i want every mic to work through social media through usb cord to computer. please help me

Answers is not an effective troubleshooting medium. You're issue goes beyond simple answers or explanations, for a number of reasons.

Please contact Technical Support to troubleshoot your mixer itself. Any problems with WireCast alone, does not fall under PreSonus Support (we cannot control what does and doesn't work under their software).
