Question

I just installed the demo of StudioOne 4 and recorded 4 tracks each having different VST instrument. Nothing complicated. However, when trying to record 5th instrument track, I start hearing crackling sound. It is weird because in Cubase 9.5 with the same buffer settings for my audio interface I can do 8 or even more instrument VST tracks and there is no problem with cracking at all. Any suggestion what settings I need to change?    Other than that I like chord track implementation.

Increase the Device Block size in Preferences/Options > Audio Setup > Audio Device.
