I upgraded to studio one 4 from 2, I am using my komplete ultimate 10 I have had for years. I cannot get this thing set up. Everytime i try and click on komplete kontrol which to my knowledge is the only way to access instruments like session horns pro or funk guitarist etc. it crashes on me. I have a high end laptop and a high end pc and this is the same on both units. I have spent nearly the entire weekend on this and am pulling my hair out. Any help appreciated.
FYI the presonus built in stuff seems to work, other demo stuff seems to work. thanks
