MIDI/Clip Stretch...

There is a very, very odd behavior in the stretch function for MIDI data. I have discussed this already with development, and they advised me to put it in a feature request, as it was done by design.

What's the problem: The musical function 'Stretch..' is able to create double and half tempo parts, and it works fine, as long as the not data starts at the beginning of the clip. All notes and pauses in between are stretched accordingly, BUT... any pause that comes before the 1st note data is NOT stretched. This basically means this function is very limited, and cannot be used to change imported MIDI data, as after a stretch operation, all parts are misaligned and your session is a complete mess.

So, my request is to add 2 additional options in the stretch function. One to include the pause before the 1st not, so stretch works for the whole clip and not only from where the note data starts. And one to include the start time of the clip in the stretch operation.

This way, it can work as implemented now for people who like it as it is, and it can be used to fix time problems on imported MIDI sessions that have various tracks and clips.
