Operating System: Windows 10, 64 bit

Version: Studio One 3 Professional 64bit v3.1.0 build 35191

Hi,
earlier this year I bought Duende Native Channel Strip along with the iLok.
I installed it on my laptop and it worked perfectly. Later on I had to send a laptop for a screen repair so I removed the iLock. When it came back I reattached the iLok but encountered a situation where Solid State plugin does not want to open up in the Studio One anymore. So, the plugin (Mono and Stereo version of it) shows as present in the list but does not pop open after selecting it.
After talking to Duende, they notified me that the VST3 version 5 of the plugin still does not work with Studio One 3 and they are trying to resolve the issue. They suggested installing the VST (not VST3) version 5 of the Duende Native Channel strip but this version seems not to be recognized and cannot be accepted by the system at all.
Essentially, the message that I get when opening Studio 3 Professional (Scrolling text showing plug-ins being activated) is that the plug failed to install and there is a little red skull beside it...

If you have any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

Sincerely,
Igor

This is not a Studio One issue, the problem is that Pace, maker of iLok does not support Windows 10 yet.

Please contact Pace when they expect to have a resolution. As soon as they update to Windows 10, this problem will resolve itself.

The problem may also be with the iLok itself. iLok has many known issues with Win10....just do a Google search.
My iLok protected plugins work fine with S1 on Win7/8.1 machines but I've had,(and still do!),  numerous problems with iLok on Win10.
I've contacted them....they've admitted the problems and offered some solutions....none of which have worked.

Thanks for the answers guys. I appreciate it. This is the response I got from iLok:

Hello,

If an activated license is not authorizing the associated software, please contact the software developer of the software you are attempting to use for further information on the use and authorization of their product. You may need to contact the makers of Studio One 3 Professional. They may be able to recommend a compatibility mode to run there product under so that all of your plugins will work.

Understand that the software developers are the only ones capable of licensing and supporting their products. PACE merely builds the infrastructure for the software publishers to distribute their products in the way that is consistent with their licensing terms.
