Question

Connected my Win10 laptop to the SL32 Series III with USB cable (I want to update firmware in the desk), Windows settings/Bluetooth and Other Devices says "StudioLive 32 Driver is Unavailable". Looked on the SL32 III downloads page, and can't see a 'Driver' download. Any ideas?

Hi, the drivers are part of Universal Control which you can download from here.

The firmware update is carried out the in various ways, I normally just download the file, open Universal Control and drag the file into Universal Control. There are various options though as described in video below:
