What is the correct Firewire 800 cable to use to enable recording on a Capture using a MacBook with Thunderbolt?

I know I need a Firewire 800 cable, I am getting stuck at which amount of pins the cable needs to have.

I will also need an Apple Thunderbolt to FireWire Adapter if I understand it correctly.
