Well, what version of Studio One? S1 artist does not support second party plugins.
Did you set up an account, and register ALL your Presonus devices?
Did you download Studio one from your account (there you will see ALL your purchases) and your content from there as well?
When S1 starts up does the Woodwinds) show up in the list? If not it isn't installed.
If the content of your bundle is a "third party" provider, you will likely have to register with them and get a key to install it.
You can start a Tech Service ticket and they will help if this doesn't.
