no audio device??? only windows not sure what to do worked fine on old computer

no sound through my head phones it wont detect the audiobox device

The AudioBox is port specific, so if you moved it to a different jack on the pc, you would need to reinstall the drivers. Sounds like it wouldn't hurt to un-install the existing drivers and re-install from scratch.
