Can I use a 64 CH stage box with my 32 CH StudioLive Series III console?

I have searched around for an answer to my very simple question ... Can someone help?

Is it possible to use a 64 CH stage box with my 32 CH StudioLive Series III console?

The StudioLive 32 Series III is a 32ch mixer maximum. You can use a 64ch stage box but you can only process 32ch's on the mixer.
