Question

#1 - Is it correct that I can assign 6 aux sends via the back of the mixer and use the other 12 from the 32R aux outs but still control from the mixing console?  Application here would be wireless IEM and monitor wedges would come from back of the board and wired IEM would come from the stagebox.  Would the 32R need to be in stagebox or monitor mix mode?

#2 - Is it also correct in saying that I could use the 16 aux sends on back of console and control with the console and also use the 16 aux sends on the 32R and control via UC Control while the 32R is in monitor mix mode?

Scenario 1:

If you use the 32R in stage box mode the outputs on the 32R by default will be a mirror of those on the FOH console.

Scenario 2:

If the 32R is in stage box mode there is no means to log into the 32R as all control is done by the FOH console. If the 32R is in monitor mixer mode than any device connected to the 32R will control only the Aux mixes on the 32R as the 32R is now a dedicated monitor mixer.
