So I got a notice that someone replied to my question, I look and its just nonsense and completely unrelated but contains a link to a word document and most definitely is malicious. So I flag it, then decided to look up the person who answered, they joined today and have left about 12 or more of the same ambiguous types of spam on the forums.
So, I just started flagging them, no doubt the link they are leaving is malicious however the forum stopped me from flagging after about 5 flags and pops a message telling me to come back in an hour to flag more. I'm not about to waste my time in an hour if it is not a priority to Presonus to allow its users to report actual spam.
There should not be a limit to how many posts a user can flag on this forum when there is a clear need to report spam and malicious links. Unless Presonus doesn't mind leaving their users at risk of these types of posts and being an unwilling 3rd party to the distribution of malware they should remove the limit to flag and let their legitimate users to effectively report spam.
