I give lessons online, what I would like to do is have my guitar in DI and hook up a mic so they can here me talk. Is this setup possible or am I lacking equipment. Thanks!

The iOne will do what you are asking without any additional hardware.

iOne has 1 Mic Pre, iTwo had 2 Mic Pre's. Since you only need one Mic Pre, the iOne will suffice for what you are doing.
