I am having the exact issue with my audiobox usb 96. I was told to update my firmware but can not. Because of this I can not use the audiobox at all. My computer using windows 10 will not connect. I have all usb 3.0 connections that worked with it before. All drivers are up to date and working properly. I have no idea how to go back to using an older version of universal control. This is extremely annoying, especially since technical assistance is only available during the week, when i'm at work. Starting to wonder how this will ever get resolved.
