How do I fix an electric sound spike in studio one?

I have a blackstar ID core: 10 and I have ASIO4ALL v2. When I add a new track and press the the monitor button, the audio in every input spikes and it sounds like an electric current is going through to my amp about every 5 seconds.

Maybe your block size is too low or you need to enable dropout protection.
