Question

Had this happen during a gig. When I start recording with Capture, it locks out my UC Surface. No matter what access code I put in, it never unlocks it. For a while it worked fine. I could adjust settings and Capture just did its thing. Now I have to shut down both applications. In one case I had to reboot my 16R. I'm only using my mixer through USB. Is there a way to disable security entirely? I feel like I have enough with my laptop and secured wifi.
