Every month it asks yes or no to registration question and no matter how you answer it it resets everything to default. Then I have to remember all the settings I use. I am using SO2 Pro. Windows 7. Why is this happening and how can I stop it from happening? I can work around it but when it happens to the church secretary she calls me and I have to remember it all over the phone. Hard to do. thanks
