Question

Computer: Macbook Pro, 17 inch, mid-2010, OS X El Capitan 10.11.2

Software: Universal Control Drive Version 0.0.0.0 5742

I have downloaded, installed, and restarted my computer multiple times trying to get UC 1.7.3 but it still won't connect. It still shows up as Driver 0.0.0.0 5742 (if that is relevant).

Why would the software installation not be solving the problem?

You need to be on UC version 1.7.3 for os 10.11. Details found at the link below:
