Question

I have been running Notion 5 for a while and haven't had problems until last week.  I have Windows 10 and the program is crashing when using Save As and Open from the File menu, and occasionally Save as well.  It's odd that the other commands work, or at least seem to.  I will probably reinstall the program but I thought I'd try here first.  I haven't made any changes to my PC in the past week so it's a mystery to me.  Any ideas?

You may want to try right-clicking Notion 5 and choosing "Run as administrator" when opening the program.  It is also possible that there is a problem with the installation of Windows 10 on your system.  A third option would be to try saving the file to a different location on your computer.  There may be a permissions issue with the drive that you are trying to write to.  This may be something that you will want to submit a support ticket on at my.presonus.com.  Tech Support may need to take a look at your system.

Thanks Brian.  I put my ticket in and attached a file on the support site.  I suspect that the most recent upgrade of Windows 10 may be at fault.  Make sure your developers are keeping track of Windows 10 compatibility for the latest build.
