Hi,

Studio One v4 does support tens of different colours for tracks/events, and I believe some do enjoy them, but many like me only use maximum of 10 different colours within a session, for example, all drums are green and all vocal orange. If you add an option in the settings page to switch between simple (10 colours) & advanced (all colours), this will make it easier for us who don't enjoy colouring each track with a different one and will make the UI to look simpler to us.

I mix a new session every day and having a simpler UI really help with speeding up the overall performance.

I agree there needs to be better color options.

User-defined colors is a must. I would like to see the ability to create your own custom color palette and save it as an preset for export easy recall and across sessions.
