I used the Below Sub Bass default instrument, and it didn't sound like that in the DAW. I tried it with Analog Sub 3 and its the same way. Any help?

Hmm sounds like you may have to do a little post editing in your mix. Try panning your instruments as they were laid out on stage. Do your eq hi mids lows  and you should hear separation. Then mix each instrument until everything sits well then you can add your compression. But be careful to not over eq or overcompress your mix
