Windows is showing my AudioBox 44VSL as 2 stereo devices 1/2 and 3/4. How can I use all 4 inputs with Studio One?

What you want to make sure of is:
-That you have the appropriate driver installed properly for your interface/hardware
-That you have said hardware set as the default audio device; so that it knows to actually use it
**Then you would go to your DAW of choice [Studio One] and make sure your audio device is designated there as well telling the DAW what hardware interface to use [other than simple Windows Audio]

**There is actually a Template in Studio One for the Abox 44VSL
-(see attached pic 44template. that I took from my own copy of Studio One)

Here are some videos to and information to help explain it a bit better for you.

Here are some instructions as well to help explain what you will need to do [Setting up your I/O in Studio One]:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To set up your Audio I/O manually, open an empty song and select Song → Song Setup.

Select Audio I/O Setup and add the available inputs for the device by selecting Add (mono) or Add (Stereo).
This will add the software's tracks to the matrix for routing purposes.

Then set up the audio routing matrix to the input for your device, horizontally located on the top of the I/O matrix you will see the available inputs for your device, then route them to the proper tracks you have created for the device, vertically added to the I/O manually by selecting Add (mono) or Add (Stereo). The same process can be used for the output set up.

Furthermore you can make this the default set up when StudioOne uses this device and recognizes it.

This is illustrated in the manual section 4.3. The StudioOne manual is accessible under Help → Contents.

Once you have the song set up, you can create a template by selecting file → save as template.

This should help you get taken care of.
