Hi, I have my in ear pre amp set to Aux 11 and 12 but O can't hear any of the FX in my in ear monitors. I can hear it through the monitor speakers but nothing coming out of Aux 11 and 12.

How can I send the FX to aux 11 and 12?

Check that you've got your FX return channels on AUX mix 11 / 12 up at or near unity and unmuted (if you have separated mutes).
