Question

I have a PreSonus FireStudio Mobile, StudioOne recognizes that it's there when go to select an audio device, but upon selecting it I get an error message saying "The audio device PreSonus FireStudio has failed to start correctly before. Do you want to try again?" When i hit "try again" I get the same error until i cancel it. What do I have to do to get this to finally work? This is the driver I am currently using. Universal Control v1.7.2 - PC

Have you tried unplugging the device the replugging?

even i am facing the same trouble with the device

i have 

1amd fx 8350

2 nvidia gt710

3 windows 10

presonus audio box , presonus eris 4.5 monitor

i got the same issue please help.
