Question

Good morning I’m not expert on this matter. We have just bought a Malletstation  EM1 for our son and we cannot able to setup properly the pedal. It works but pushing it the result is stop the sustain, instead we would like to use it on creating sustain. Can you help us?

Just sparked up my EM1 yesterday and have the same issue. Will keep looking to see if it’s an environment issue but might be coming from source. Tried two different sustain pedals, as well as starting up the unit with/without the pedal plugged in, or depressed/not depressed (as I’m aware this is sometimes a way to resolve the same issue on keyboards) but having no success. Any help much appreciated.
