Question

As far as I can see, there is no ability to do this. If two tracks are adjacent to each other (or within the immediate screen) it's easy to drag an insert (with its settings) to another track. However, if it is off screen, you can't do it, The only way is to move the track adjacent to where the required tracks is with insert, then drag it over. It would be nice to just copy one or more, then scroll to the other track and paste it in.
