Question

I consistently have a hiss in the background of my vocals. Obviously gets worse after compression and normalizing audio. I have closet padded up pretty nicely. Use all presonus: audiobox and condenser mic.. I just cant record a clean vocal. It doesnt sound bad listening to it in the monitors over music but in the headphones it's especially apparent. Thanks...
