I have the rent to own V4 from splice. Haven’t had trouble connecting the iOS studio one remote. But now it says the version is not supported.

I had this happen to me the other day. I found that once I removed the remote from the external gear menu and restarted everything, it was fixed. Might be worth a try to see if it works for you too.
