Why isn't studio one 3 version 3.2 supporting studio one remote, and uc surface just scans for devices continuously?

This is most likely due to to an App to Software Version miss-match. The Current Version of Studio One is ver3.3.1 build 39379. If you are still using version Studio One 3.2, you will want to update to the latest version of Studio One to match the version of the Remote App that operates with it.
